Image Description: Audre receiving proprioceptive therapy on a massage table, taken at an angle from above Audre’s head and shoulders. Audre lies down with her masked face toward the ceiling. Laura’s arms extend toward her in the frame, making gentle contact with Audre’s upper rib cage underneath her collarbones and the depth of her shoulder girdle. They are both thin white femmes wearing neutral colors. Soft pink light surrounds them.
Image Description: Julie is a white woman with shoulder-length dark reddish hair standing in a blue bucket on a dark stage. She is wearing a light-colored shirt wrapped around her waist, a striped shirt wrapped bandeau style around her torso, a black bra and a green chunky necklace and has a disconcerted look on her face. Partially visible in the dark, to her right, is a strip of silver from a stand up tripod. Photo by Paula Court.

Mash-Up Workshop with Julie Mayo and Christy Funsch

Sunday, March 28 at 2:30-5:30pm EDT
*Join Julie Mayo and Christy Funsch in conversation with Amelia Uzategui Bonilla and Kimberly Bartosik on Sunday, March 28 at 6pm EDT

ABOUT THE CLASS:
Accretion and Erasure: In this workshop Julie and Christy extend invitations to build and shed materials and presences. Working with a layered approach to generate potentials, while remaining open to the relations and relativities that are arising, we will pursue a series of prompts and timed experiments to feed our creative selves. We will also make time and hold space for group conversations.
